How does the warranty work ?

Bidets Online offers the highest quality bidets in the market. All of our products are made with high quality materials. It's very rare that you might have a problem with your bidet seat. If you think that there is a problem with your bidet please give us a call on 1300 069 660, we will troubleshoot the problem with you. If we solve the issue by sending the right spare part, we will send it otherwise we will request you to ship your bidet to us. Once we have fixed the problem, we will ship your bidet for free.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We are proud to offer free shipping in Australia on orders over $200. There will be $12 flat rate delivery charge on orders under $200.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Master, Visa, Paypal and Direct Debit.

How long will delivery take?

All orders before 1 pm will be shipped on the same day. NSW, VIC, QLD, SA will take 1-3 business days WA will take 4-6 business days NT will take 5-8 business days. Please note that regional areas may take longer.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Yes.We use 128 bit SSL encryption while processing customers' details.

Right from the beginning of my initial enquiry about bidets, through to the subsequent purchase, installation and after sales follow-up, the service has been outstanding. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a bidet. Kevin was very patient with all my questions. He provided information and helpful advice regarding what toilet I needed to match the bidet seat dimensions. He was happy to hold my purchase until my new toilet was installed. Delivery was prompt and when I called up about the seat more than a year later, Kevin continued to be very helpful and courteous, resolving the matter in no time. I don’t normally do reviews but for bidets online I will make an exception. :) My bidet got lost during delivery. Kevin the owner stepped up and sent out a new bidet to me anyway despite making a loss. I’m extremely appreciative of Kevin’s effort and kindness especially during these hard COVID times. The true test of a business is the support they provide after a sale. Unfortunately a 3yr old DIB seat had some issues and stopped working. I must admit I was initially sceptical that the seat could be repaired for a reasonable price. To my surprise the seat has ended up pretty much fully refurbished and for an incredibly reasonable price. My thanks to Kevin at Bidets Online for providing such genuine customer care. I wouldn’t hesitate purchasing or using Kevin’s company again. Outstanding!
