Does a bidet require electricity?
We offer both non-electronic and advanced bidet seats. ADvanced bidet seats require electric to operate. Please click here to have a look at our bidets!
How does the warranty work ?
Bidets Online offers the highest quality bidets in the market. All of our products are made with high quality materials. It's very rare that you might have a problem with your bidet seat. If you think that there is a problem with your bidet please give us a call on 1300 069 660, we will troubleshoot the problem with you. If we solve the issue by sending the right spare part, we will send it otherwise we will request you to ship your bidet to us. Once we have fixed the problem, we will ship your bidet for free.
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We are proud to offer free shipping in Australia on orders over $200. There will be $12 flat rate delivery charge on orders under $200.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Master, Visa, Paypal and Direct Debit.
How long will delivery take?
All orders before 1 pm will be shipped on the same day. NSW, VIC, QLD, SA will take 1-3 business days WA will take 4-6 business days NT will take 5-8 business days. Please note that regional areas may take longer.
